Rhubarb & Ginger Gin – A symphony of flavours of an English country garden with crisp corners and edges.
The essence of rhubarb gives the smooth English gin base a tart crisp note, while extracts of ginger warm the palate.

Most of Johnny Neills inspiration comes from the experiences he has gathered all over the world.
This gin, however, recalls his childhood memories when he visited his grandparents on their farm near Daresbury.

Botanicals: juniper, oranges, lemons, iris bark, coriander seeds, angelica root, rhubarb extracts, ginger extracts, liquorice.

Tasting notes:

Color: Clear.
Nose: Rhubarb, intense ginger aromas.
Taste: Full-bodied, warm, soft, tart, notes of ginger, orange.
Finish: Long lasting, hints of sweet orange, tart coriander.
