The Miguel Torres winery is located in Vilafranca del Penedès, Spain. Since its foundation, the company has been growing year by year. Today, the winery covers more than 1,300 hectares of vineyards. The special wines are sold in more than 150 countries and have gained a high reputation worldwide.

Tasting notes:

Dark cherry red in the glass. On the nose very fruity, spicy with an elegant structure, of dark fruits like cherries and berries, truffle, vanilla, coffee and toast. On the palate spicy, sweet, fleshy, dark berries, dark chocolate, gingerbread, coffee and toasted bread. Long lasting on the finish.

Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon.
Aging: 18 months in barrique.
Serving temperature: 17-18°C.
Drinking temperature: 16-19°C.

This wine is excellent with game, lamb, beef as well as porcini mushrooms.
