Description

The apples used to make Strongbow are grown specifically to produce tangy and refreshing cider.
However, Strongbow’s true mastery lies in its ability to bring out the natural flavor of these apples and make your favorite Strongbow special.
The apples are harvested at the ideal ripeness level and taken to the production facility where they are washed and crushed.
This fruit pulp is pressed to obtain the pure fruit juice, which is then concentrated and stored, with the apples’ fructose acting as a preservative.
The concentrated apple juice is then subjected to fermentation and aging to allow the delicate flavors to develop.
