Description

The Silent Pool Distillery was once founded by a few friends in Albury Estate in the Surry Hills. This distillery is located next to the mystical Silent Pool, a lake fed by mysterious spring water.

To achieve the extraordinary scent and taste of the rose, this gin was distilled with a unique rose tea infusion.
In order to give the refreshing rose notes enough space and expression, some of the original plant substances, such as pears, bergamot or cardamom, have been enhanced.

Tasting notes:

Color: Clear.
Nose: Rose notes, lavender, chamomile, juniper.
Taste: Soft, dry, light sweetness, strong rose notes, juniper, citrus fruits.
Finish: Long lasting, dry.
