Calcareous, clayey soils yield an elegant white wine, with pleasant fl oral and fruity notes.

TERRITORY OF ORIGIN Western Sicily
TERROIR Soil composition: Calcareous, clayey soil. Altitude: 300 m above sea level. Climate: Mediterranean, mild winters, limited
rainfall, very hot and windy summers.

VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Harvest period starting from the fi rst ten days of August. Traditional vinifi cation in white, with soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature. 2 months of ageing in stainless steel.

TASTING NOTES
Colour: straw-yellow with emerald refl ections.
Aroma: pleasantly fruity and fl oral with marked
fragrances of green apple and citron, accompanied by notes of white fl owers.
Flavour: suffi ciently intense and persistent, fresh and moderately sapid.

PAIRING
Enhances baked fi sh, fi sh pasta dishes such as pasta with sardines, as well as grilled vegetables. Serve at 8°-12°C.
