Amico Filò is part of the Paladin company tradition.
In the dialect of the Veneto region, this word refers to a cheerful, convivial get-together that used to be held at large country houses.
Today Filò is presented in a modern way, but tradition is followed, which has been appreciated by many faithful Paladin customers for years.
The mousse is developed through natural fermentation according to the Charmat method.

Tasting notes:

Bright straw yellow in the glass. Clear on the nose with notes of fruit and white flowers. Harmonious, fresh and fruity on the palate with a long finish.

Grape varieties: 90% Chardonnay, 10% Glera.
Acidity: 6.2 g/l.
Residual sugar: 2.2 g/l.
Drinking temperature 8-10 °C.
Closure: screw cap.

This wine is excellent as an aperitif and is ideal with fish dishes and not too mature cheese.
