As a tribute to the Accademia degli Acquavitai, a Venetian trade school, the Accademia Rainbow collection was produced. The Prosecco DOC Brut is available in 6 different colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. Prosecco DOC Brut gets its elegance and liveliness from the Glera grape variety.

Tasting notes:

Straw yellow with fine perlage in the glass. The nose is refined, fruity with aromas of apples, pears and citrus. Sage, acacia and wisteria are also found. Very soft and harmonious on the palate, elegant and lively with balanced acidity. Long lasting on the finish.

Grape variety: Glera.
Residual sugar: 10- 13 g/l.
Acidity: 5 – 6.50 g/l.
Serving temperature: 5-6 °C.

Prosecco Brut harmonizes very well with light appetizers and fish dishes.
