The Andrea Da Ponte Uve Bianche is a pure grape distillate from Malvasia and Chardonnay.
Thanks to distillation in a discontinuous still in a water bath using the exclusive “Metodo Da Ponte” process, the aromatic components are particularly pure and well developed.

Tasting notes:

Colour: crystal clear.
Nose: notes of summer fruits, apricots, pears, apples, ripe grapes.
Flavour: soft, delicately floral, mild, notes of malvasia and Chardonnay grapes.
