Description

The Paladin winery was founded in 1962 by Valentino Paladin. The company is run by the family and includes more than 100 hectares of vineyards.
Malbech has always been Valentino Paladin’s favorite grape. With his son Carlo Paladin, he pressed Salbanello for the first time in 2000. By the way, “Salbanello” is the name of a Venetian elf.
In recent years, Salbanello has proven to be a crowd pleaser throughout Europe. The delicate smoothness of Malbech and the marked structure of Cabernet combine to create an excellent and balanced wine, suitable for every day and good for any occasion.

Tasting notes:

Bright ruby red in the glass. Fresh nose with intense notes of currants and raspberries. On the palate very palatable and juicy fruit. Long lasting with a round and harmonious finish and well integrated tannins.

Grape varieties: Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon.
Residual sugar: 15,5 g/l.
Acidity: 5.5 g/l.
Drinking temperature: 14 °C.

This wine is excellent at any time of the day with Mediterranean dishes, pizza, bruschetta and pasta. An absolute must for any barbecue.
