Prosecco Dry is named after the clone of Prosecco grapes used to produce this sparkling wine, so named because of the roundness of the small and sweet grape berries. These characteristics give the wine a unique softness.

Tasting notes:

Pale straw yellow, with fine perlage. Intense, rich and persistent fragrance, reminiscent of acacia flowers and wisteria. Velvety soft taste balanced by a pleasant acidic note. A Parade Prosecco!

Excellent versatile sparkling wine: recommended as an aperitif and particularly suitable with delicate fish dishes such as lobster and lobster.
