Description

This very aristocratic sparkling wine, an expression of elegance and verve, revives the magic of a past custom, the ‘filò’, i.e. the conversation in the salon after dinner. It is a fascinating wine, the result of an original cuvée.

Tasting notes:

Ruby red with cherry red accents in the glass. A fine perlage and pink foam follow. In the nose floral and fresh notes with red fruit and wild roses. On the palate it is fresh to cheerful, sensual and pleasantly amiable at the end. Long lasting in the finish.

This Paladin goes very well with dry pastries, shortcrust cakes with fruit and strawberries, and ham with melon.
It is best enjoyed in summer as a companion in the garden and on the boat.
