Description

The Paladin winery was founded in 1962 by Valentino Paladin. The company is run by the family and includes more than 100 hectares of vineyards.

This Paladin Merlot is produced in the classic way and is then filled into steel tanks for several months before it rests in the bottles and receives its final finish.

Tasting notes:

Strong ruby red in the glass. In the nose intense with pleasant notes of violets and red fruits. On the palate dry but very harmonious and balanced. Long lasting in the finish.

Grape variety: 100% Merlot.
Residual sugar: 9,5 g/l.
Acidity: 5,9 g/l.
Maturation: steel tank.
Drinking temperature: 18 °C.

This wine goes perfectly with the whole meal. Whether with light pasta dishes with tomato or meat sauce, roast, mixed cooked meat or sausage and cheese.
