The Paladin winery was founded in 1962 by Valentino Paladin.
The company is run by the family and comprises more than 100 hectares of vineyards.

Tasting notes:

Noble ruby red in the glass. In the nose charming with notes of currants and raspberries. On the palate velvety, balanced, pleasant with a long finish.

Drinking temperature: 18 °C

This Paldini is an excellent dining companion. It goes perfectly with antipasti, fish, seafood but also with pizza, pasta or grilled meat.
