The Montes Limited Selection is a collection of individual wines of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Carmenère and a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenère.
The Montes Cabernet Sauvignon Carmenère is a premium wine that captivates with its seductive, voluminous and soft character.

An extraordinary blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère grape varieties. The French grape variety Carménère has found a new identity in Chile in the last 10 years, after being almost uncultivated in Europe in the 19th century.

Tasting notes:

Intense bright ruby red. On the nose seductive notes of butter caramel, chocolate, spices, tobacco, coffee as well as vanilla aromas. On the palate soft, sweet, chocolate, spicy notes, matured tannins. Long balanced finish.

Grape varieties: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Carménère.
Aging: 6 months in American barriques.
Acidity: 3,22 g/l.
Residual sugar: 2,66 g/l.
Closure: Natural cork.
Drinking temperature: 17-19 °C.
