Tasting notes:

Straw yellow with fine perlage in the glass. The nose is refined, fruity with aromas of apples, peaches and lemons. On the palate very soft and harmonious, elegant and lively with balanced acidity. Long lasting on the finish.

Residual sugar: 10- 14 g/l.
Acidity: 5 – 6.50 g/l.
Serving temperature: 4-5 °C.
